Speed Agility Quickness & Strength Summer Program @ Varsity Club
Registration open for all athletes ages 10 - 19
Areas of focus include explosiveness, efficiency, agility, conditioning, balance, pushing/pulling strength.
June 10 through July 26
Monday - Friday,10 am - 12 pm
Last 2 weeks of available training sessions.
Maximum of 25 participants per session
Training led by professional trainers and professional athletes
All sports and fitness levels are welcome
Recommended health and safety guidelines will be followed
1 week or 2 week options available:
