Speed Agility Quickness & Strength Summer Program @ Varsity Club

  • Registration open for all athletes ages 10 - 19

  • Areas of focus include explosiveness, efficiency, agility, conditioning, balance, pushing/pulling strength.

  • June 10 through July 26

  • Monday - Friday,10 am - 12 pm

  • Last 2 weeks of available training sessions.

  • Maximum of 25 participants per session

  • Training led by professional trainers and professional athletes

  • All sports and fitness levels are welcome

  • Recommended health and safety guidelines will be followed

  • 1 week or 2 week options available:

    • 1 weeks @ $125

    • 2 weeks @ $225
