Dear members and guests,
We are excited to see so many local families and teams using Varsity Club! The demand during the winter and early spring months is extremely high, which can make it challenging to secure your preferred time slot. In order to maximize the experience for all people coming in, our team wants to be certain that everyone is aware of what is required to be a member or guest of Oak Park Varsity Club. Below you will find some very important information. As always, we encourage you to read the full list of terms and conditions, which you can find at the page and throughout the site.
After two years, our goal remains the same - Provide safe, flexible and affordable space for our families and young athletes to enjoy! We will continue to explore ways to enhance the space and experience while keeping costs as low as possible. Thank you for being part of Oak Park Varsity Club.

A variety of field reservation options for members & guests.
Members - We offer two levels of memberships (Gold and Platinum). Both levels offer members private access to our 5000 sf turf activity area. See membership details.
Guests - Reserve space for $125/hour. Unlimited sessions per month (based on availability)
We want to emphasize how important it is to reserve sessions in a responsible manner. We must all do our best to reserve sessions that we know we will use and not as place holders for sessions we may try to use.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Members and Guests are required to cancel any reservation that they are not able to use.
Members and Guests are asked to cancel reservations through the scheduling app.
Members and Guests that do not cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session will be considered a no show and will be a assessed a $75 fine for each occurrence.
Members and Guests are permitted to cancel reservations twice each month without penalty. For each cancellation beyond the second time each month, members or guests will be fines $25 for each incident.
Members and Guests that overbook the number permitted sessions per month, will be fined $75 per incident.
Members and Guests that overstay their reservation by more than 5 minutes will be assessed a $25 fee for each incident.
Members and Guests that bring more than the maximum number of allowed attendees will be assessed a $25 fee for each additional attendee.
In all incidents listed above, members could also have membership suspended for 30 days.
