Rise Field Hockey
RISE Field Hockey was founded on the belief that introducing the game of field hockey to as many athletes as we can will help grow the game. From the beginner to the college bound athlete all of our programs will help you improve, learn and fall in love with the game of field hockey. We provide opportunities for players of all ages, skill and commitment level. We strive to push athletes to new spaces and bring the game of field hockey to communities all over the Chicagoland area.

Practice Pro Softball School
The Practice Pro School helps passionate pitchers reach their potential through year-round small group training. If you want to be challenged, get motivated, and have fun, then this is for you!
Practice Pro students and almuni have earned State Championships, league and travel tournament championships, and competed at the collegiate DI, DII, and DIII levels. Most importantly, these young ladies have developed a sense of self-confidence, grit, and a special bond with classmates and parents.
