Becoming a Varsity Club member provides access to a local, private athletic training space that you can reserve at your own convenience for family, share with others or invite guests. Membership also provides access to some of the best sports related training in Oak Park.

A variety of field reservation options for members and non members.

Members - Up to 6 sessions per month (based on availability). See membership details. Additional sessions available at guest rate of $75/hour

Guests - Reserve space for $125/hour. Unlimited sessions per month (based on availability)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Members and Guests are required to cancel any reservation that they are not able to use.

  • Members and Guests are asked to cancel reservations through the scheduling app.

  • Members and Guests that do not cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session will be considered a no show and will be a assessed a $75 fine for each occurrence.

  • Members and Guests are permitted to cancel reservations twice each month without penalty. For each cancellation beyond the second time each month, members or guests will be fines $25 for each incident.

  • Members and Guests that overbook the number permitted sessions per month, will be fined $75 per incident.

  • Members and Guests that overstay their reservation by more than 5 minutes will be assessed a $25 fee for each incident.

  • Members and Guests that bring more than the maximum number of allowed attendees will be assessed a $25 fee for each additional attendee.

    • In all incidents listed above, members could also have membership suspended for 30 days.

Safety Guidelines to keep our space open

·      Members should bring groups of 8 people or less

·      Continue social distancing best practices

·      Wash hands frequently especially after using the restroom

·      We recommend that all non-family members, trainers and coaches must cover faces

·      Use the hand sanitizer station upon entering the facility. Use the hand sanitizer station before leaving the facility.

·      No food is permitted in the facility. Water bottles are permitted, but must be taken when leaving the facility.

·      We are minimizing the sharing of individual items such as baseballs and hockey sticks. Please bring your own permitted sports equipment.

·      Members are permitted to reserve only 1 - 1hour session per day. If you require more time you will need to complete a separate non-member reservation.
